Swimming Pool
The swimming pool will open each day between 8am and 6pm, except on a Friday and Monday when it's between 7.30am-8pm. Whilst staying at Kittiwake or Firefly Cottage these facilities are free for you to use.
On each day, the first hour of the pool is for Adult only lane swimming. So 7.30am - 8.30am on a Monday and Friday and 8am - 9am on all the other days.
Aqua aerobics is also available at the pool on Monday and Friday mornings between 8.30am - 9.30am
The pool is then available from 9.30 in hour slots throughout the day for general swimming with cleaning taking place between each session.
9.30am - 10.30am
11.00am - 12.00am
12.30pm - 1.30pm
2.00pm -3.00pm
3.30pm - 4.30pm
5.00pm - 6.00pm
On a Monday and Friday the last session 6.30pm - 7.30pm is for adults only lane swimming.
In order to use the pool you will need to book online or visit the leisure reception. The link to book the pool is here. Bookings can be made a week in advance of your stay.
If you are going to book a slot, please ensure you attend as non attendance takes up a session and potentially means other guests are not able to attend.
The Gym
The Gym at the Bay Filey is open every day from 8.00 and 6pm except on Fridays and Mondays when it will open at 7.30am and close at 8pm. The gym can be used by anyone over the age of 16 and there is no time limit as to how long you can use it for.

Activities at the Bay
The Bay also put on various activities throughout the week such as archery, rifle shooting, tye dye, multi crafts, slime making, ready steady teddy . To keep the leisure centre from becoming overly busy, guests are encouraged to book their activities on line here.
Please note there is a small charge for these activities.
Other onsite facilities
Located around The Bay are a variety of other activities that can be used. These include the tennis court just £5 per hour - please book at the leisure centr, Table Tennis, and Boules Courts.
Equipment can such as tennis rackets, boules and table tennis paddles can be hired at the leisure centre for just £10 deposit.
